  • Absolutely. Our certified trainers and instructors have combined expertise in muscular training, interval training, endurance and mobility. They're dedicated to helping you achieve your fitness goals while ensuring your safety and well-being. Their expertise, combined with our personalized approach, guarantees a transformative fitness experience.

  • Our facilities are thoughtfully designed to provide a luxurious and welcoming environment. Members can enjoy modern workout equipment, clean and well-maintained facilities, a cold plunge, and showers, just to name a few.

  • Yes, there’s accessible and free street parking along Notre-Dame.

  • Our primary focus at Boost is on semi-private training and personalized fitness experiences. While we don't offer an open gym concept, our semi-private sessions provide an excellent alternative. You'll work out alongside up to three like-minded individuals, benefiting from tailored training programs and personalized attention at a fraction of the cost of one-on-one training. It's the perfect balance between individualized guidance and the camaraderie of a group setting.

Semi-Private Training

  • Semi-private personal training at Boost offers you a personalized fitness experience within a small, supportive group setting. In these sessions, you'll work alongside up to three other individuals who share similar fitness goals. Your certified trainer will design a customized workout program tailored to your specific needs and objectives, ensuring that you receive individual attention and guidance during each session.

  • Our semi-private training sessions typically have a maximum class size of four participants. This intimate group size ensures that you receive focused attention from your trainer while benefiting from the motivating presence of like-minded individuals.

  • We recommend arriving at least 10 minutes before your scheduled session. This allows you time to check in, prepare for your workout, and engage with fellow participants if desired. Punctuality helps ensure that each session runs smoothly and starts on time.

  • Consistency is key to achieving and maintaining your desired fitness level and frequency depends on your goals. We’ll identify what your goals are before you become a member. Since our membership packages come out to $35/session, this allows you to still incorporate other movement practices elsewhere. Variety is the spice of life!

  • Our semi-private classes are reserved exclusively for Boost Members. If you’d like to become a member, book a no-sweat tour or have any questions, get in touch with us here.

Memberships

  • We offer a free no-sweat tour to answer questions and see what we’re all about. If you are still deciding on becoming a member after the tour, we offer one trial session to experience the Boost difference before committing to a membership.   • Our cancellation policy allows you to cancel a booked session up to 24 hours in advance without incurring any charges.

  • Yes, we understand that life can get busy or circumstances may change. You can pause or cancel your membership through MindBody.

Group Classes

  • We offer circuit training focused on the four pillars of physical fitness: strength, stability, mobility, and endurance. Group classes welcome up to 12 people per class and are offered daily.
